Wait a little. I was in the same situation. I could see the Nomination message, but the ITA status still showed "No invitation at this time."

Then after a few minutes, I could see the "Continue application " button

Hi Prab0, you will not see an ''Accept ITA'' button as in the case of SINP nomination. What you will see is '' Continue Application'' and ''Decline Invitation'' . choose ''continue application'' to start completing your PR application and submit within the 60 days grace. Congrats and God's grace !

i hav some confusions if anybody can help me clear them.
i applied for SINP (score=66) under NOC 2131 and express entry crs points 298
what are the chances of my application being accepted? is thr any criteria of more or less points? how will we get to know if draw has been done? and our results of the program?
if i hav put my application for sinp can i also apply for bc pnp at same time or no? are they accepting civil engineers in bc pnp stream?

seems you mean chances to be nominated. your next step is nomination, just wait for SINP instrunctions - after that you will have additional 600 points for participation in the upcoming draw
