If you answer negative about EE profile and job validation code and you have them, then it is misrepresentation, because you lie. So if SINP EE application is pending you cannot apply to in-demand stream. Correct me if I'm wrong

I agree with you... i do not know if applying on both streams could have a bad consequence but i do not think is right... we sent our application and they received it so we have to be patient. Saying that we do not have an express entry profile is cheating the system... that is my opinion.

I agree with it, its definitely a misrepresentation and SINP could consider this as a serious one, bcoz it blocks new applicants

for those who already got ITA and are already on CIC stage:

PROOF OF FUNDS and conversion rates.

What date dos CIC use as a reference for ur conversion rate?

Is it the same date as show on SINP's application, or is it the date in which u actually send ur docs to CIC, via MyCIC?

Can anyone tell me roughly what is the time frame between the status changing to "In Process" and learning whether a nomination is granted or not?

Update: I just checked the spreadsheet and judging by the dates reported, it can take between approx. 1 month to approx. 2.5 months to get the nomination from the time the status changes to In Process!!!!

My app came into in-process.I have sent my updated bank statements and emp-ref-letters after the app submission.But they are not appearing updated on my app.Old forms are only appearing.

What shall I do? Shall I send them again or should I wait until they request.Please throw some light.

Got a bad news this morning saying APPLICATION RETURNED reason was missing documents like CODE OF CONDUCT and few other documents. So I want to l know if anyone faced same problem and was that person able to continue the process by submitting those missing documents.

I had applied on 16th June my never showed in process and got this reply and I had applied for NOC 6221

Don't worry now its your gud luck that SNIP has re-opened the 1000 application, apply in Occupation In demand , if ur occupation falls in the demand category.

Don't worry Sunnygshah, i can feel your situation. I'm 7th July applicant, my application was also returned 4 days ago reason missing documents like IELTS, Birth-certificate etc although i remembered submitting those documents at time of application submission. I sent them an email along with missing documents but only got an AUTO REPLY and nothing after that.
Good thing is that Occupations in demand category is reopened. Do apply in this category, although i'm not an expert but once an application is returned it is highly unlikely that it will be considered again.
I have submitted application for this category now and is hoping for the best this time.

Guys,

I submitted my application on July 06, 2015. My application went in-process on August 28, 2015. Then September 01, 2015 I was requested for incomplete/missing document (Ethical Conduct form was not signed on page 2). After 2 days of sending the form, my application changed the status from 'Waiting on Applicant' to 'in-process' again. Still now it's status: in-process.

Does SINP request for incomplete/missing documents several times or only one? I am confused because I can't see some documents in my profile but I uploaded all documents and also checked very well while I was submitting my application.

Is it OASIS system bug or SINP removed those files or hide from applicants? anyone have any idea?

As am half way down in applying for SINP- Occupations in demand category ,
I need a suggestion from those who applied for the licesnsure under NOC- 2173 and obtained it.

I need to apply for the above mentioned regulated NOC on APEGS which issues the license for engineers.
So I would request the ones who had gone through it for a short explanation of process please and the time frame to obtain..

Profile can only be created if we answer 'No' to job seeker validation code and express entry number.
I have just created my profile and submitted my application successfully.

Hi, I have applied under EE category but doesnt fall under that quota. In such case, can we again try applying under this new stream?

I have one more query, though we select "no" for EE profile, at some point, it ask for Whether have you applied for any other province. Then we mention our SINP EE application number which clearly says that we have EE profile and that's why we were able to submit under EE category right.

In that case, again its misleading.. Is it the right apporach? Please suggest.
