for example, I had submitted my application and it is in process and received email from SK to submit licence but licence is in process.
Now if I submit another OID application then when I need to withdraw first one whether I can wait until my second application verified and provide me email that they need licence ?
or they reject my both application if they catch that there are duplicate application.

thank Ashu, It is not about the money. The question was asked by my colleague and I don't know the answer, so posted it in the forum out of curiosity..

Better within 2-3 months withdraw the weaker one. If your first application is EE category then never withdraw it, after submitting OID. (If first one is complete and u are confident).
Dont worry about license. They will hold it till the license is granted.

I missed it again, i lost hope is EE now, I am guessing it will open soon. Do you know how many EE application they accept?

Also can they open on weekends too?

The Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category is for skilled workers who want to work and live in Saskatchewan. This category enables the SINP to nominate individuals that are in Citizenship and Immigration Canada's Express Entry pool and who have the education, skilled work experience, language ability and other factors to help them to successfully establish and integrate into Saskatchewan's labour market and communities.

The SINP is now accepting applications to the Saskatchewan Express Entry Sub-Category.​
