Hello guys, i was able to successfully submit my profile however i forgot to attach 2 docs... Fund statement and ethical form. i send them separately to sinp, but i am not sure what are my chances of getting accepted. can anyone give some positive remarks if they would by any chance accept? also my noc is 2171 however i think i may have added another one too inside work exp. section... Confused here as well if they would understand what noc i had intended for from my experience letters.

Looking to last year processing ,sinp had accepted missed documents by mail and I Wichita you will also.
And for the NOC if you claim pionts for those NOC which are in demand than it is OK.

I need help I have submitted my application on 21 july for SINP Express Entry

Mistakes :-
No. 1 Mistake
On Step 1 under Job offer / Employment i mention the NOC as 0213 and wrote that i have at least more than 1 year of experience under 0213
While on Step 4 under intended occupation i mentioned 2171
What will happen now I have no experience in 2171 but i have 5.8 years of exp. in 0213
please note 0213 and 2171 are both in SINP Skilled Grid this time.

No. 2 Mistake
for the funds i have submitted 1 month old fund only but there is a catch , this 1 month old fund of rupees 5lkhs has been transferred from my own ICICI saving account TO HDFC saving account in June and the same amount was already there in my ICICI Bank since last 6 months. Technically this amount was with me since Jan 2016 but in my different accounts, last 1 month in HDFC and before that from Jan 2016 to June 2016 in my ICICI Bank.
How they will treat this.

Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

#1 : is not an issue at all as both are in demand list and they are also inter related with classified elsewhere clause of NOC code.
#2: you have 2 options. You can get previous banks statement +documentation to prove these are yours. And send It to sinp with a LOI.

Another is wait and sit back till they come back to you and ask for clarification on this.

2) This 5 Lkhs was borrowed by me from my brother just for proof of funds for SINP, now what document i need for this transfer of the money, Apparently i have no documentation on proof of the transfer of this fund.

3) My application status under SINP Express entry is still application received and i have received no email after i submitted on 21st July 2016. When can i expect any activity or actions on my profile.

4) Lastly , Basis on the points 1) and 2) do i have any chances of my application rejection or will they give me chance to proof and justify NOC code and POF

I did a similar mistake... Entered 2171 under intended occupation and entered 2171 and more exp in 2283 (not in the occupation demand list)under work experience. will my points reduce or the application will be rejected

1) ok I agree with you but just one more thought. Would not they get confused over 0213 and 2171 about intended occupation of applicant. what will be their most likely action: totally depends on case officer. I have a strong feeling yours would be fine. My advice is wait till they come back. if they get confused they would take action as per their requirement. Theres nothing you can do now.

2) This 5 Lkhs was borrowed by me from my brother just for proof of funds for SINP, now what document i need for this transfer of the money, Apparently i have no documentation on proof of the transfer of this fund.: from january it was in your name on your account. Go to tht bank and try to figure out whether they can provide any docomentation for tthat account. Also, POF is necessary till you reach canada airport. So borrowing and giving back within 6 months might create bigger problem when you are very close to your destination.

3) My application status under SINP Express entry is still application received and i have received no email after i submitted on 21st July 2016. When can i expect any activity or actions on my profile.: in my case- status is application received but i got an email with an attached pdf on it. I suggest check youe inbox spam/junk folders. If you dont get it just sit idle and wait.

4) Lastly , Basis on the points 1) and 2) do i have any chances of my application rejection or will they give me chance to proof and justify NOC code and POF: yes, not for #1 but for POF you would get rejection if you cant clarify when they reach out to you.100% sure.

My experience is via reading 100s of posts from this blog. So far till now, sinp have reached out to applicants for clarification if they have any doubts. If they dont change this practice, you would get a chance to explain. Make sure not to state you have done it by mistake. Think about different explanation.

Now I have SINP EE application under pending for submission.,

Kindly advise how can I create SINP OID application.
Should I have to create under the same login? but I dont see any option to create another application.

Or I have to register again and have to create SINP OID application

Hi all,

I would very much appreciate if i can get responses to my questions:

I have 3 accounts that sums up my POF. I intend to get the statements for all 3 accounts to send/upload for SINP and NBPNP respectively.

I intend to transfer all the funds into just one of the accounts and then fix after i have sent my POF with my applications.

question 1. Is this a good move?

question 2. Or on the flip side, can i compress all three accounts into one and fix it and THEN send this as my POF?

question 3. At what point do i need to pull my application from a particular province? I have an application with OINP ( sent in Feb), which i have not gotten any response to a (Acknowledgement of receipt (AOR))of application for since then. I just applied to SINP EE on July 20 and i got an ITA from NB on July 20 as well and am about to send my full application next week.

Kindly advise as i would not want to jeopardize my PR chances based on lack of ignorance in a scenario like this.
