Hi Seniors, a friend of mine has applied for SINP EE during Jan 2016 and his application is yet to be in process. His name is not available in the birth certificate as it was issued 4 days after his birth and the name was not decided at that time. However, his parents name, date of birth with year and place are mentioned in that.

Will this certificate along with School/College transfer certificate is suffice or do he need to provide anything more?

Can anyone guide on the above?

I have not submitted my Wife's Birth Certificate when I applied to SINP and this is what they have replied.

Birth Document
If a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable your must provide Non Availability Certificate
from your Countries registry indicating that a copy of your birth certificate is unavailable and it
should indicate a reason it is unavailable.

When a birth certificate is unavailable, the SINP may accept two alternative pieces of
identification that state the name of the applicant, date of birth and the name of the father and/or
mother.

Later on, I paid money to agent at Municipal Office in India and got her Birth Certificate with court order.
Try to get the Birth Certificate corrected at Birth records at municipal office otherwise get a non availability
certificate from them

Last option, try the School transfer certificate, but it should have your DOB, father name and mother name on it
and it might be accepted

I submitted my SSC, father and mother aadhar proofs....they accepted it.

you can schedule in advance.
Once you get the 600 points in your CIC profile and accept. You will surely get ITA in next draw so schedule the medical.

Yeah, you, your spouse and dependents (18 or older) must provide Federal Police Certificate "Antecedentes criminais.
Do not worry man, it is very easy and quick. You can do it online.

I agree. Unfortunately I am not the admin and have requested admin access several times.
