Hello everyone!

I want to apply for SINP in next intake of 2016. As I am applying on my own, without any help from any agent, I just want to know more about SINP. Though I have read the application guide following are the questions which are not yet cleared in my mind. So request if someone could help me on those.

1) What is "pre-application" in SINP online facility? Can we just store our details beforehand by using that?
2) How to submit our documents?
I know we have to submit scanned documents but don't know about the file size and whether the scan should in colour or b&w and whether each document should be uploaded separately or all documents in one file?

Please help me !!

Hi,

I am residing in a GCC country where my father name is also part of my name on resident card (actually appended after my name). It is not an exception but a standard practice here in this country. I have submitted bank statement that has the same name and although i got provincial nomination with this name on bank statement but worried about CIC.

Don't worry, it is normal. CIC is aware of the all Middle East rules of Residency Permits. They will follow names as you write in their system as per your passport.

Hey One_Topsy, I've a query. I got SINP nomination today. Currently, I'm having an active EE profile (with 67 FSW points), but on 8th March, I will have only 66 points due to my Birth day. So, I guess my EE profile would become in-eligible due to that on 8th March. Next CIC draw will be probably on 9th March or later. Please suggest what should I do? Would I get any extra FSW points in my profile due to province nomination?

Oh WOW..this is not a nice situation. I''m so sorry but is there no way for you to increase your FSW points? Education, Adaptability or Language?
In addition to being evaluated under PNP category, you also have to qualify for one of the FSW, CEC or FST.
You simply have to increase your points somehow.

Hi ,

Yes you can apply , SINP keeps releasing Quota for occupation in demand list and Express entry.

you need to prepare your application in advance and submit the same when SINP opens .

It is not full. They open it from tome to time. They take the quota out of Job offer Category and allocate this quota to EE or OID Category. Because Job Offer Category never gets full, it doesn't even reach half.

Just keep your Forms ready and uploaded in your Oasis account and as soon as the Category opens just acquire a new Bank statement, upload it and click Submit.
