I have a question: my bachelor's major was English Literature (NOC 4021) but I work in a Trade company for over 7 years. and I applied in SINP under the NOC 6221. do you think I would be rejected because I didn't apply under my bachelor's NOC??? :-X

Education is not a NOC. If you have experience letters to back up your experience, you should be fine.

Well they say the deposits are accepted, but don't know anyone that has used it. You might give it a try, worst case should be that they request additional info.

Education is not a NOC. If you have experience letters to back up your experience, you should be fine.

there is one more question: about the proof of fund, I am the main applicant and the account that we used is under my husband's name which is 50% ownership. Do you think this is a problem?
I must add it's a long term account from 5 years ago.....

The last SINP nomination came 14 days ago for my friend who applied along with me on the same day.. Now they have stopped June'15 and are processing Nov'15

Please clarify.


This means that SINP has more workload and our Nominations will take much longer time..

I leant that you need to have full settlement fund in ur account for at least 3 month before submitting the app. About 35% of the fund was arranged only one day before submitting the application. Im sure this is a problem, could you suggest any alternative please? Thanks in advance.

It could be problem but if you still have those funds in your account you can submit updated statement to SINP and hope for the best.

According to SINP application guide, you should be fine.

The account(s) must be in the principal applicant or spouse’s name(s) only.

you need at least 20 posts before you can see the good button

I am 18th June applicant and inprocess from more than 50 days no doc request no update.

Hope for the best. Some reportedly waited much longer according to the timelines (check my signature)

but some got a decision in a shorter time as well. Just keep hoping good news comes soon

Hi Experts!

As most of u know my circumstances that Firstly I applied in June 15 and my application returned due to less settlement fund , Now i again applied on 4th Nov but my EE profile got ineligible due to my birthday on 20th Nov ......

In order to become eligible again for EE I must improve my IELTS score which is CLB 9 in Speaking and reading , CLB 8 in listening and writing.....Furthermore I am waiting for SINP OID category which does not requier EE profile

I have seen on the forum that few 2nd 3rd Nov applicants became IN PROCESS..... May be its my turn .

Plzzz suggest me should I try to improve my IELTS score and make a new EE profile for Nov application or wait till Jan 16 for SINP OID category???

If say for example I got nomination and unable to make EE profile then what will happened???
