Thank you friend. So we are with similar concerns. As you said they have to fine-tune their system by taking these issues into consideration. Please update on this as and when you get a reply from SINP.
My Question to SINP:

I have created my Express Entry profile on 1 Jan 2015 and as per CIC rules profile is valid for one year, which means my profile will expire on 1 Jan 2016.

I have applied to SINP on 10 June 2015 and currently my application status is "In Process".

I do not know how long SINP process would take but I had a question, that in the worst case, if it takes longer and I get nomination around my Express Entry profile expiry or if I get nomination and before I get ITA, Express Entry profile expires what should I do? What are my options to maintain my nomination from SINP, in case I get it?

I am aware that once Express Entry profile expires, I can validate the profile again within 60 days and if I am still eligible, I will get a new profile number. In this case, what will be the course of action for my SINP nomination process? Will SINP update my new profile number and link my nomination?

SINP's Answer:
If you do end up receiving a new profile number, we would need to do a revision to your nomination if already nominated. If not already nominated, please provide us with the new EE numbers by email at immigration.documents@gov.sk.ca

Hope the above helps (+1 if it does :) )

Hello Sanjeev!!!

It was very shocking to see spread sheet mentioning your profile inelligible.
Relying completely on canada immigration is very risky plan.
Because sometimes profile gets rejected without any proper reason.

It's exactly true.Even I faced it in 2014.It's really a mysterious and risky process which kills time and money.

For CANADA immigration, deserving candidate is not the relevant topic.
I considered CANADA immigration as my backup plan, despite CANADA is my priority destination.
For me, I prefer being pessimistic on getting nominated for SINP, this would avoid waste of time&money.

My Details are:-
Age: 26 Year = (12 points)
Country: INDIA
…………………………………………………….
Qualification (INDIA):
Bachelor in Computer Application (2007-10) FULL TIME
Masters in Computer Application (2010-13) FULL TIME
ECA report says (It is equivalent to Masters Degree in Canada) = (23 points)
……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….
IELTS: R: 6.5, S: 6.5, L: 7.5, W: 6 (CLB 7) = 18 points
………………………………………………………………………………
Experience gained in INDIA:
A) 2 years full time in NOC 2171 (from Oct-2013 till date) 42 hours a week
B) Part time Experience in NOC 2282 as a User Support Technician (2 years)
…………………………………………………………………………………
I have few doubts regarding my part time Experience (FSW):
1) After completing my Bachelors in 2010, I have gained PART-TIME experience (35 hours a week) from May-2011-Sep-13, during my full time Master Degree i.e.. My query here is:-
a) Does this part time experience which I have gained during my Master’s study (FULL TIME) is valid for FSW?
b) If it is valid, then how many points I can get for this experience?
c) How much points I can get for total work experience?
d) I have read on CIC web site that for CEC candidate work experience gained during full time study is not valid, is it same for FSW candidate?
PLEASE REPLY WITH YOUR VALUABLE FEEDBACK. THANKS A TON IN ADVANCE.

Of-course that's the right strategy. But still we need to maintain/block funds being optimistic that we would get it.Funds which were already borne by us in the form of TC's,WES, IELTS, consultancy fee, collecting vital documents ,interest on funds etc......become 'sunk costs'.We could only do all these if we certainly have a ray of hope. But as you said at least we should tune our mind in that way though it's tough.

For me, minimizing risk is more important than minimising sunk cost. time is more costlier than money in this aspect.
For example, Confirming a VISA in one of multiple countries by spending 2K$ is better than trying for a VISA by spending 1K $ for a specific country.
Your actual dream may not be more than a fairy tale(in practical sense).

So, I am almost at a confirmation stage for a country other than CANADA and made CANADA immig as backup plan to decrease risk. Because practically, immigration process is more reliable in countries other than CANADA. Dual VISA is encouraged by immigration consultants. For example: NSNP did not come back after I submitted application after March-2015.. My SINP application is part of those 46% of applications that are untouched, as per our sinp data sheet.

I think all CANADA provinces should embrace EOI approach, to make it reliable. This would avoid nominations being refused. CIC has embraced EOI on Jan 1st, 2015. New Brunswick province does not follow proper EOI approach.
