Okay, it actually happened. I see an update on my dashboard for oath. The update happened sometime after 6 AM today. :)
Congrats!!!
So this shows that the call center can see the message instantly before its published to dashboard.
The message is updated yesterday or even before?

Did you order it as a privacy act? Trying to see where the confusion for them is.
No. It was the Access to Information one, the free one.
Privacy act is free...ATIP is 5$
Both are called ATIP right? using privacy act is free and using the information act is 5$.
Exactly, the free one comes back with question. I dont know why. Possibly issue in the forms or its not storing the selection you make.
This is not the first time i have seen hence asked this question.
No wonder, if its free then more delay purposefully may be
Yeah, ATIP (Access to information and Privacy Act) contains 2 components. Access to Information Act ($5) and Privacy Act ($0).

For GCMS notes for my file, I have never received such a question till date. The notes have arrived a bit late but no additional questions were asked.

My GCMS file was probably updated on Tuesday or Wednesday with oath date. The call center was able to see it yesterday before I got the notification.

And the email, I suspect I'll receive it sometime between 11:05 to 11:15 AM (that's when I've been receiving emails from Mississauga office).

I just heard from ATIP. They sent me an email saying:

We require that you confirm which specific information you would like to receive:
- The electronic file, which include the file status and updates, the notes of the immigration or citizenship officer(s) as well as reasons for any refusal; or

- The application forms, supporting documents and correspondences sent to and/or from IRCC, which includes the information submitted during the application process.

Note that your request will remain on hold until we receive the requested information from you. If we have not received your reply by September 7, 2021, we will consider the request abandoned and close our file accordingly.

Didn't I choose that in the application? I believe I choose the first option, right?
i Received same response after 1 month of applying and then i reply on this and another 37 days but no response so total 67 days but i did not get my notes.
then i make a new request on July 23 lets see what happened this time.

Yes, from IRCC. Okay, hopefully it won't be long now and won't take another month for them to receive and reply to this.

I also applied for urgent processing yesterday. with a 99% rejection expectation
Di you send urgent processing request through online forum or directly to your local office ?

I sent urgent request 3 days back ... nothing till now from the webform team... Called yesterday on helpline and they said it's takes roughly about 5 business days for them to atleast get to your message and reply
You'll only get a webform response about 8 - 10 days after you submit the request.

So, since I applied for Urgent processing, should I be alert for a phone call from them or will they respond by e-mail?
@rajkamalmohanram , How did it happen with you? Did they call you or did you call them?
Some applications progressed fast without any acknowledgement. So expect all combinations of response including usual "no response".
