My mom is a Nov 9 applicant with test date of May 10. I see the trend of the test dates of Mar/ Apr of Nov applicants are getting the oaths which means their files have transferred already. Lucky them, and unlucky for us... so I gave up. I tried everything to get her oath earlier due to unavailability, but it seems like it didn't work! Well, we still have about 2.5 weeks before her travels, so fingers crossed

Wow. Congrats all done now.Me and few folks had the same experience.
On Thursday, I had my Test and at the interview they told me if I can join the next day for the Oath ceremony, which was yesterday.
I have been dealing with CIC for the past few years and to this day, I have no idea how the system and processes are set to work at this organization.
Anyhow, the application completed and I totally enjoyed the Oath ceremony.
Everyone whoever is waiting your test/oath , stay tight ... the wait is almost over!

Finally it’s happening! I got an invitation via email yesterday Friday Aug 17 for the Oath on Friday Sept. 7 in Mississauga Office
My app. was recieved 30 Nov 2017
I had the test Mar 15 in Scar., and the DM same day as stated on the invitation.
All the best for you all. Hopefully soon all will get their Oath
I suppose to travel the week following the oath so wish me luck to get the passpost on time so I can attend a family wedding

IRCC Scarborough: 1-800-567-6868. However, as @razerblade correctly opined, The IRCC Call Centre (1-888-242-2100) is the first point of contact for questions about citizenship and/or immigration files.
What is the status of your application ? No one knows for sure how IRCC is functioning for oaths going forward. It seems like applications that are pending oath for several months are being transferred to Mississauga for scheduling. At the same time, October applicants are getting test invites and next day oaths at Scarborough itself.
