Guys, I got RQ today. It's issued from Sydney, asked me to submit to Ottawa. Don't understand why since my local office should be Scarborough. Anyone has similar experience? Thanks.

What's your office?

I lost the original RQ form (5 pages) that came by mail but i have a scanned copy does anyone know if i can use the scanned copy to CIC or i have to send the original only?
