What is your NOC…the same for each time period? In the 6-10 years prior, it is experience before January 1, 2017 so one year. In last 5 years, January 1, 2017 - March 2021 is 4 years. I think.

My NOC 2121 and it is same for whole year

I am doctorate and my degree was awarded in 2014. I also had scholarships from USA for 8 months in 2008-2009. Should I also count it?

What is your NOC or NOCs for the two positions? So you have ECA for your PhD? Scholarship from 2008 aren’t work experience, and don’t count for anything since more than 10 years ago.

Yes I have done my ECA for my Phd degree. I am Marine biologist and NOC code is 2121. I earned the Phd degree with this code and did research work experience as postdoctoral scientist and Associate professor as Marine biologist.

So Associate professor has its own NOC but your work experience and job letters match only for the responsibilities in NOC 2121, got it. So my comments on work exprience haven’t changed. Check to see when this NOC was last selected and at what score. I suggest improving your IELTs so you are elgible for Express Entry.
