Hi all, I’m trying to clarify if my foreign work experience counts toward CEC.

I started volunteering as a Research Associate (TEER 2) at a mental health organization in my home country in 2018.
I transitioned to being a part-time paid employee (15 hrs/week) from July 1, 2021 to August 1, 2024.
I was doing my undergrad in my home country during this time (till April, 2023).
I moved to Canada for grad school on August 10, 2023. Since then, I’ve continued the same job remotely, paid into my home country bank account, and it has no ties to Canada.

I understand that work done while studying in Canada doesn’t count for CEC, but I’m wondering:
Does my part-time work from July 1, 2021 to August 1, 2023 (about 1,690 hours at 15 hrs/week) count as valid foreign work experience for CEC?

For context:
I declared the job in both my study permit application and my PGWP LoE + have all documents.
I'm not trying to claim this under FSW, just want to know if it qualifies as foreign skilled work experience for CEC eligibility.

Would love any help- thanks!
