When will my foreign work experience expire?

I am currently in the EE pool for CEC. I have foreign work experience from Jan 15 2015 to April 30 2016 and again May 02 2016 to August 31 2018. Could anyone help me to calculate how much foreign work experience do I have?
I read that it has to be within last 10 years for foreign work experience. But is that only for FSWP or CEC as well? Am I going to lose some points next month?
