Any one who landed in January 2016 and got a request to submit photos or got his PR card

Please advise

I think they do not care about photo resend cases. I believe photo resend cases does not come under "Processing time " they are trying to bring under.

Hello friends,

Myself Akash landed in Canada on last Oct 20, 2015 and applied for PR card at the Airport and came back to India on Oct 26 2015....I called so many times to CIC in the month of Jan and Feb, and yesterday I received Photos resend request along with form 5455...

I am bit concerned as I am in India these days and need to send my photos where I need to provide Studio address at the back of photos (as required for PR Card Processing)..does CIC make any issue if they received my stamped photos with Indian address not Canadian...

Is any one aware any concerns /issues created by CIC in the past on the cases which is similar to me..?

Have any one recived his PRC recently here is my case:

I landed on Oct 11 2015 , they requested photos on feb 3 2016, i sent them sane day they recived the photos on 10th of this month no update till now ,evey time i call them they told me wait we cannot give u any delay time.

Have any one passed same experience ? How long should i wait?

Hi I have similar timing , arrived 29 Oct, and receive new photo request in around 10th feb. I am also wondering if any one received their cards with photo request. Especially now when processing times shrank to 39 days may be they will consider pending applications ?

I call them a week ago, they ask for retake photo while saying my wife photos is fine, So I send them only mine. Today I call them they are saying we need your wife photos as well.. Do not know why they are doing like this...

Me here. I landed on January 17, 2016 and received a mail letter today saying my photos did not meet the requirements and need to submit two new photos to Sydney Office.

So speechless!!!

Finally After 153 days i got my PR card...

Landed :1st October 2015

Photo Request: 1st February 2016

New photo received by CIC: 8th February

PR Card Received: 2rd March

It tool me 3 months to get my PPR and 5 months to get my card ...lolz CIC ...

I Landed on 19th December and got my PR Card on 19th Feb.

My wife became PR on 28th October and she has still not received her PR Card. She got her photo request on 10th Feb. She sent the new photo on 12th Feb. Waiting..
