Hello everyone,

My IELTS-GT(First attempt) and EOR Success story.

Exam Date : 26-10-2019
Exam center : BC Pakistan, Islamabad
Results: LRWS 8.5, 8.0, 6.5, 7.0
I was quite confident about my writing, so i decided to go for EOR,
I struggled in 3rd part of speaking as the examiner was asking some philosophical questions, still i went for speaking EOR because there was no difference in remarking fee.

EOR submission date : 12-11- 2019
AOR: 22-11-2019 (after repeated calls)
EOR outcome email: 06-12-2019
Old TRF submitted: 09-12-2019
Repeated calls to BC
New TRF recieved: 20-12-2019
EOR outcome: LRWS 8.5, 8.0, 7.0, 7.5

Thanks
Hey what message you got at that time
"There is a change in the scores"
Or
"There are some changes in the scores"

Hi
I appeared for paper based test.

I followed the following procedure for EOR in Islamabad, Pakistan.
1. Fill the EOR form (available on BC website) 1 page
2. Attach copy of CNIC/passport copy (whichever you used for the IELTS registration)
3. Submit fee in the bank in the designated branch

Put EOR form, CNIC/passport copy and deposit slip in an envelope(provided by the bank) and submit to the cashier.

Wait for the AOR and then for EOR outcome email. They will ask for old TRF if there is a change in result. I sent the old TRF along with a printout of EOR outcome email.
Recieved new TRF after 10 days.

Now i will go for EOR fee refund.
Thanks
Hey there
What message you got - a change or some change as yours scores changed in 2 modules.... It would be very helpful

Hi All,
I have applied for EOR and got my result yesterday. My score did not change. I was left in writing module only by .5 . Is any one aware of appeal process ? I still believe i did well in the exam and I deserve better score than 6.5

EOR SUCCESS STORY

Timeline:
IELTS date: 1st feb 2020 (first attempt)
Score: L-9, R-8.5, W-6.5, S-7
EOR applied on- 24th feb for writing and speaking
Eor acknowledgement: 26th Feb
Score change message-12th march
New TRF: 21st March
Updated score: W- 7.5, S-7

Frankly, I wasn't even confident about my writing..but I was short of just 0.5 and after reading the success stories here, I decided to give it a shot and I'm so glad I did!
My advice to all of you who are short of 0.5/1 in either writing or speaking- PLEASE APPLY FOR EOR!! IT IS DEFINITELY WORTH IT!

Hi..so sorry to hear that! I'm from india and I paid 8500 for the remark.. however, if score changes, the amount will be refunded..check British council website.. everything is clearly given there

Hi, could anybody say if the refund is processed only after the new Trf are sent/collected by the person?
Or is it processed as soon as they advise you about a score change? How long does it normally take?

Thank you.

Thank you.
They usually ask for bank details to start with the process and it takes 30 business days.
Atleast in my case it happened twice from BC, KSA.

how long it will take for re-evaluation? I have applied for both speaking and writing. please advice

thanks in advance

Hello,
Is it with BC?
when you have applied for EOR, did you get any email or notification that your EOR is submitted?

Unsuccessful EOR results (To try my luck for CLB 10 on all sections)
Test date: 2020.02.29
Test center: IDP in Canada
Result: L/R/W/S 8.5 8.5 7 7
Applied for EOR on 2020.03.04 for W and S

2020.03.24: Received a mailed explanation letter with old TRF indicating no change on results.

From the letter it seems like that the reevaluation was done by IDP Australia instead of in UK.
