Reasons for Delay in Meds & PPR: After status " In Process "

I have sent "Case Specific Enquiry" today i.e. 23-12-2009.

Got a automated reply "They will contact in 28 days........"

I have an issue ...
I was hired as "Manager Mobile Banking " but that ended up being only 10% of my responsibilities in the bank . I was a Finance and Operations Manager essentially but my designation stayed as "Manager Mobile Banking " on the records.
I have a proper letter of reference from my Boss " Head - Internal Controls " , but my joining letter, bonus letter and relieving letter all state my designation as " Manager Mobile Banking "
I am applying under NOC code 0111
Pls advice ...

They call the person whose reference you have provided and if not satisfied then call the company. Well till the time you can validate with written evidence regarding your work experience designations doesnt matter

Thanks for the revert. if they call my boss there are no issues . Plus I worked for an MNC in India , so I guess credibility also shud not be an issue

provide documents for your work exp and when CHC tries to check them they can be verified.

I am providing a reference / experience letter in original . I am also provididng copies of Joining letter , Bonus letter and releiving letter .. ( I am worried abt this as the designation is diff)

Do not be worried at all about designation. If you can provide salary slips it will make your case strong.

But they say Manager - Mobile Banking as well .. Pardon me if I am asking the same question over n over .. But will the Visa officer not think that I do not qualify by looking at all the supporting docs as they all say Mobile Banking
I have the experience letter alone which lists all my duties in detail ..
Is there anything else I can do ? I am really very worried abt this

See the officer will see your reference letters which have to be on company letter head originals and they have to match the duties of 0111

Tell me one thing people, I am not a frequent traveler outside my country only been to UK twice and Have Aus student visa now expired for which I never went and a US b1/b2 visa. Could this be a reason of delay in my background check since its been 1 month waiting for meds and PPR under fast track.

I would like to request every member who has information about this can share opinion on it.

My current online status is In Process since last 45 days but no Meds and Ppr. There is an applicant who got rejection where his detailed ecas showed "we started processing your application on August 2009" and "Decision made on your application Dec 09" this is before medical. I have asked the same question to that applicant also whether his status was In Process or Rec by visa office as he got a letter of rejection where it states he has not performed enough duties. Now as far as I know In Process means eligible and eligible means as per our documents we are eligible and application processing has began. I am worried now since 45 days no meds and ppr and its creating tensions. Any one who has any information on it, then please share.

That is what I am worried about. How can a local visa office keep the processing fee as well and then later reject the application is the applicant was not eligible. Its complete cheating as stated on the online ecas status explanation where once an application is In Process that means its eligible. That is what worries me.
