Pretty solid analysis!

Though I have a gut feel that CIC might increase the number of ITAs issued to avoid having 1 week gap draws, for example, they would have something like below to meet the remaining 60K ITAs (in case that's the target):
5 draws with 3500 ITAs
5 draws with 4000 ITAs
5 draws with 4500 ITAs

This would cause the cut offs to not fall below a certain level (somewhere in the 430s if the intake is similar or higher than what is happening now).
What is a chance for 432 and 435 if they follow the count you mentioned with biweekly draws?

Ontario issues new invitations to Express Entry candidatesSix draws in seven weeks through Skilled Trades and French-Speaking Skilled Worker streams
May 11, 2018 By Stephen Smith

Ontario has issued more invitations to apply for a provincial nomination to Express Entry candidates through its Skilled Trades and French-Speaking Skilled Workers streams.

The new invitation rounds took place May 9 and 10 and are the sixth that Ontario has held in each stream since the end of March.

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) said the 48 Express Entry candidates invited in this round through the Skilled Trades Stream submitted their Express Entry profiles between January 1, 2018, and May 9, 2018.

The 18 invited through the French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream submitted their Express Entry profile between January 1, 2018, and May 10, 2018.

There is no minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score requirement for either streams.

Ontario has now issued 652 Notifications of Interest (NOIs) through Ontario’s Skilled Trades Stream since the start of 2018 and 438 through its French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream.

The province has also issued 2,587 NOIs since the start of 2018 to Express Entry candidates through its Human Capital Priorities Stream.

The OINP says it will continue issuing NOIs to candidates in the federal Express Entry pool who qualify for one of Ontario’s Express Entry streams “on a regular basis.”

To find out if you are eligible to enter the Express Entry pool, fill out a FREE assessment form.

600 CRS points for a provincial nomination
The Skilled Trades Stream is for skilled workers with a valid Express Entry profile who qualify for the Canadian Experience Class and have work experience in an eligible skilled trade.

The French-Speaking Skilled Worker Stream was launched in 2015 to target French-speaking Express Entry candidates who qualify for either the Federal Skilled Worker Class or the Canadian Experience Class and who have sufficient English language abilities (CLB 6 or higher).

There are also unique provincial criteria for both streams.

Express Entry candidates who are issued a NOI by Ontario and receive a provincial nomination are awarded an additional 600 CRS points, leaving them well positioned to receive an Invitation to Apply, or ITA, in a later Express Entry draw.

Express Entry candidates who received a NOI in this latest invitation round have 45 calendar days from the date the NOI letter was issued to submit an online application to the OINP.
what does this exactly mean? what is the effect on upcoming draws?

It means 48 people have been invited to apply to OINP.. If successful they get 600 points..otherwise their score stays same.

Their EE profile stays valid till its expiry date

What does this mean? 48 people from expess entry pool got flushed out? How does this affect guys like me who is in pool?

Ok, if 48 people instead of 181 will be with 600+score... That means CRS can drop by 440... maybe

Don't worry. It does happen from time to time. My results got withheld too the first time I gave IELTS. It takes anywhere between 7-14 extra days IIRC for the results to be declared after re-assessment. I know it's a bummer but the results themselves shouldn't be affected. Only time's wasted.

Only thing that's a wee bit strange is that the TRF was withheld AFTER results were declared - for me, the results themselves weren't uploaded.
Thanks, for me results were uploaded, I planned requesting for EOR.I pray its end in increase in scores.
My other concern is my IELTS expires early June, So I dont know what will happen should I receive ITA.
What can I do if the result is not released before I get ITA.

Since your results expire in early July and it's only the second week of May, you needn't worry too much. Pretty sure the results and TRF would be out by then. In any case, if you get an ITA, if you file application before the expiry of your score, you should be good as only the validity at the time of application is taken into account. But then again, like I said, your results should be out much before then.

It expires June 4.less than a month from now; say about 3 weeks from now.

I have WES which has been evaluated as Bachelors Degree 4 years.
I did 1 year diploma before proceeding to first degree. The first degree was actually started from Year 2, however WES evaluated it as 4 years Bachelors probably due the number of years in school was 4 (Adminstrative and school calender) or due to the courses covered during the programme.

Now can I apply to evaluate this 1 year diploma with WES or is not necessary since I continued with BSc? if I can apply for evaluation of the diploma
after the evaulation the in Level of Education in EE CRS calculator or pool does it qualify me to choose the category of Two or more Certificates, diplomas or degrees,One must be a programme of 3 years or More??

Your question is quite confusing. What I got from this is that you have a 1 year diploma which you have not got evaluated from WES. If that is the case, you can get it evaluated and based on the evaluation, you might be eligible for 2 or more degrees.
