Just about anyone, their crows, their cows and their chicken are now beginning to predict CRS draws. It must be the adulteration in the bird feed that makes those birds come up with such predictions. Because definitely sane and well fed minds won't come up with such hot air..........
There should be a law banning all newbies from making such predictions or asking my CRS is 675 will I get an ITA in the next draw
Any one is free to predict and give their opinion. Kindly avoid being offensive.

We love newbies, this is ray of hope, you have to be nice.lol

lol, this might be strange for you but its valid in India as parent#s name will be mentioned very clear with Surnames (we Indians usually have long names) and hence, it can be authentic.
But, later on, they should get the unnamed certificate updated, which most of the parents failed to do.

Probably, they were not aware of Canada#s EE scheme at that time ;)
Mate I'm also an Indian but I was 'lucky' that my name was decided the day I was born ;)

The unnamed birth certificate is still a valid document because it has the parents' name in full, along with their address and the baby's birth date.
Okay :)

Yes, this is true, but not always the case. A number of people have succeeded in remarks. However, i do agree that retaking the test is a better option.
Yes, but always think twice before going for Remark. My score was 8.5 8.5 7.5 6.5 in LRSW and applied for remark. Though I was confident abtthe writing part, luck didnt favour me. Lost 9000 INR :(

This was common in India. Indians have a custom of performing a naming ceremony in the 3rd month after baby's delivery. So, they used to get certificate first with out a name (as online system was not there earlier) and it is valid all across India.
Right, thank you for the education. In most African countries people do similar things but hold on to the birth record and then get a certificate after naming the child. We learn new things every day.

Do we really need birth certificate for immigration purpose??
As DOB is usually mentioned on every official doc issued by govt.
