I already had sent my application on first week of October'12 to CIO but still waiting for the AOR. Will you please advice anything what step do I take to know above matter..

He had submitted his application to CIO on September 16, 2012, DD was encashment on 22/01/13 and got AOR on 31/01/13.

I just received a letter from CIO Sydney, Nova Scotia, that they had transferred my file to visa office. Also gave me file no for further communication to visa office.
Which visa office they didn't provide any thing.
