As Quebec investor program applicant, I got CSQ on Sep 2021, submitted PR to IRCC, got refused 2 days after interview in July 2024. The refusal reason was I didn’t have intention to reside in Quebec. I appealed and found that the interview officer’s notes are fake, the officer lied in the note. Lots questions in the interview, my answers were YES, but the officer noted NO. Any one knows if there is voice or video recording of interviews? Any suggestions for me?
I have evidence can approve I have done the things which I answered the questions with YES.
For example:
I searched house, i summited the house links in the Quebec reside plan , and I said YES I searched house in the interview. The officer noted that NO house researching
I said YES I learned French, and the learning app name. I also have plan to learn more French in my summited Quebec reside plan in the application. But the officer noted I have no interest to learn French and didn’t remember the app name.
I said YES I will work in current company and they definitely will pay me and my role is XX in Montreal. I also summited my current company business plan. But the officer noted that “ not sure the current company will pay salary and the business plan is vague”
Any suggestions or advice? How can a interview officer lied ? This interview system allow officer to lie?
