Dear Friends,

I have some queries regarding Quebec immigrations.

1) Is the interview compulsory? If so is it conducted in French Language?
2) If we are claiming minimum points in French language, is it OK to submit certificate indicating basic understanding/level completed or is it necessary to give TEF?
3) Currently how much time is being to taken to complete whole process? i.e 1 year or more
4) If we live in toronto on quebec immigration visa, do they create problem in giving citizenship after 4 years?

Thanks
Naveed

I am giving u 6 points out of 6 for your English. How much u expect from 6.
And secondly u don't know French then how you claim points until u pass delf level a1.

Hope u understand now.

So learn French to increase your points.

For ielts you need 6.5 in listening and 7 in speaking to claim 6 points. 6 is the maximum point you can claim in english

For delf. Below are the points distribution
a1=2
a2=6
b1=8
b2=12
c1 / c2=16

so i am 3 points short(my total 60), then why my online eligibilty review is ositive.

No, you are eligible. U need at least 57 to qualifiy for interview and u are scoring 60 which is all right to apply . If u score more then 63 without interview then u will get interview waiver.

If u score 57-63 points then u will get interview.
If u score less then 57 ( married ) then they will refuse your file straight away.

Hope u understand.

online courses are good but not as good as you are learning in the class. Try to find any french private coaching if possible if you cant then just go for online.

Try to clear Delf A1 before apply for quebce.

try and work hard, it is not very difficult to pass delf a1 or a2
