My deadline is Nov last . iam working in KSA since 2010 ,As a nurse . I have pan card (issued from Delhi )and I never paid any tax .so how can get that exemption certificate?

Hello Friends,

Since Quebec has Recently Published New intake dates for applications from skilled workers, which will start From November 4 to December 15, 2015 for Intake of 3500 applications in print version sent by mail and From January 18 to March 31, 2016 Intake of 2800 applications submitted using the online tool. (http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/en/informations/dates-immigration-applications-sw.html)

Hi everyone,

I am from Pakistan and need clarity on following two points, anyone on forum from Pakistan, please guide.

1) Certified True Copy

- Certified True copy by Notary public is fine for application submission?

2) Proof of Legality of Work

- PF statement is enough as proof of legality of work?

I have tried to put these questions to Quebec Immigration Officer but didn't received appropriate response. They just refer the information available on website which is not enough to understand the requirement..

Hi Everone,
I have question regarding application fee. In the website it is mentioned like:" The fees required must be paid in full, in Canadian currency only, by you or by a third party, at the time the application is dropped off or mailed. These fees are not reimbursed, even if your application is refused."
Is this fee is reimbusrsed if my application get rejected for following reasons?
1. Cap filled?
2. Did not meet eligibility criteria?
