Whether you have (or not) FN of CSQ application, will not affect your FSW application. U have not received CSQ, so how can it possibly affect ur FSW application.? How can u mention your CSQ application in your FSW application, we applied both too, but there is no space in the FSW application forms where one can write down that one also applied fro CSQ...(unless u received CSQ itself, then u have to admit so in the FSW form, otherwise, i do not understand why u r worried.)

Thanks for the reply, Yes i did not get any Selection certificate from Quebec, As i applied my FSW2014 case from agent so he told me that we have to just update them that we have applied for quebec also nothing else.

That's absolutely unnecessary to do. I do not know why your agency suggested so... your FSW application won't be affected at all if you dont tell them you applied CSQ as well.

I gave frist time TEFaQ i got the result in listening A2.. &
speaking i got B1.. And at second time i gave & got in listening A1..
& in speaking A2. now i want to know which will be consinder in my
file ? My File Is Before 1 August Applied in old Rules.

I came to know that 1 copy of TEFaQ certificate is being1
automatically send to our file by ccip paris france. Is that right..?

You do not have to worry If you have already reached or crossed required points for initial screening.

Hi,

I am not quite sure but you are right, a copy of your test result is forwarded to MICC by the examination body. I think most probably your latest result will be considered. Try TCFQ if you are going to take again, it is much easier than the format of TEFaQ.

after receiving my CSQ I submitted the federal application last saturday and they received it since 25-09-2014 to Sydney Nova Scotia (my visa office is: Abou Dhabi)
I have some questions
how long it will take to receive the AOR?
how long normally it takes in Abou Dhabi office to get the visa?

my wife she's pregnant and she should deliver end of Feb 2015 or beginning of March 2015
how long it takes to receive the CSQ for the new born ?
does that will delay my federal application and for how long?

I just need a clarification from experts or seniors in this forum;
Yesterday before i send my missing document requested by MICC, I found that my new baby's birth certificate issued on both malayalam and English, moreover there is a hand written text of stamp paper vendor and seal in Malayalam in first page of birth certificate. So I translated the document in Dubai by a translator claimed that they r recognised to translator for Canadian immigration.
The translation is provided in their letter head with seal and a letter provided that they are the one translated this document.
My query is do we need to attest the translation by a notary or not.
How can I confirm that they are recognised by Canadian immigration.
The translation company name is AL SYED TRANSLATIOB SERVICES. DUBAI.
Kindly put your valuable comments.
Also provide me the full mailing address to send the documents

send original of translation not translation or attestation of translation page. if you dont have translation then translate again by any notary from your original document.
Regarding about they kNow; in my opanion whether they know or not. It doesnot matter. only send required documents again.

Yeah,you are absolutely right. I think, that part is non of their concern since the question on the generic form regarding Quebec immigration automatically grayed out when you choose any other destination except Quebec.That is why we do not need to mention anything about Quebec application on FSW forms unless we have CSQ in hands.

HI there is a option to fill in SCHEDULE A BACKGROUND / DECLARTION form, Its 6th point and see d point.

They have asked about it so i tick that and mentioned detail in below box.

If you tick D point: "been refused refugee status, an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de sélection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial Nominee Program ) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?", it means you have been refused a CSQ application. Have you been refused a CSQ application?

Have you been refused a CSQ application?

Yes first time when i applied in 2009 the application is rejected because i am not able to full fill there minimum point requirement.

And than i have reapplied in 2010 and that is in under process so i gave them my file number.

I dont understand ,when people give us some information instead of making use of it we just make some comments.I just personally contacted that guy and collected all the info.So do not say just sitting somewhere its a wrong info.If you are not sure ...Stay calm...
