Hi All,
I got IELTS 5.5
With this score i can apply for Quebec Immigration?
I did MSC from MALAYSIA.
I want to know how much time it will take for complete processing?
I have zero knowledge in French,evn though i can apply for quebec?
plz reply me..

Did u reach enough points, i mean ur total points of application? You might need to get a higher score than only 5.5 for IELTS in order to have more points on your language, because you dont know much French so English will be ur main language.
Even if you want to apply, u need to wait until April 2015. So plenty of time to prepare..

Adding to your points we are not sure what occupation list will be coming out on April 2015.So its still uncertain ..Meantime checkout FSW if its suitable and it has lesser processing time than QSW.

FSW is going in EOI system and QSW is not sure what will be in 2015. Only we can guess that QSW will come with same criteria but it is only guess right now.

If you apply FSWP, you need to work on your IELTS. 5.5 is far from being qualified...

after receiving my CSQ I submitted thr federal application last saturday and they will receive it tomorrow 26-09-2014 Abou dhabi visa office
i have some questions
how long it will take take to receive the AOR?
how long normally it takes in abou dhabi office to get the visa?

my wife she's pregnant and she should deliver end of Feb beginning of March 2015
how long it takes to receive the CSQ for the new born ?
does that will delay my federal application and for how long?

hi friend,hope someone will reply.I applied as machining technique and it has 16 points.will I be treated as priority applicant.how can I get to know about priority.

How did you evaluate that your diploma fetch you 16 points in AOT? I mean,have you completed some recognized course which is specific to 'Machining Techniques' or you just did it in a single subject having weight-age of 50 or 100 marks within the curriculum of diploma in mechanical engineering?

did you send all documents in visa office of your country ?
in their web is written that: Mail your application and your fee payment form or receipt from paying online to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada:

Canada

Do not send your application to the visa office that serves your home country.

Tell me if I am wrong?
for the baby don't worry the processing time for CSQ of your child is very quickly

All fresh Federal applications are first sent to the Centralized intake office in Nova Scotia, CANADA, when they treat it they will then forward it to your Local Visa office in Abu Dhabi where they will then be the ones to request for medicals and pcc plus request for passports....

Think of how to correct this situation asap...

Hello stylove, what is the latest on your file? i called again a few days ago. file is just siting down somewhere with no new update except for that it was opened on 4th july 2014.

I applied in July 2010 and in 2012 I was asked to resubmit forms in 90 days. Will go through my email to find the exact date. I don't remember what the requirements were in 2010 so I dont have the foggiest idea what my points might have been. Sorry I cant be of more help but I had put the entire process out of my mind and have applied for FSW2014

thank you subash,no I did not do any special diploma. I did three year diploma in mechanical engineering.I have 12 year of experience as machining technique on this behalf I presume 16 points.is this valid or not.if I got Aor it mean they accepted me as machinist or any thing other.
