I am loosing hope for interview call because i had applied in oct 2011 and sent french exam result ,
I called Montreal but after march 2013 they did't update info

It's clearly stated in their website regarding the order of priority processing

Order of priority for processing applications
Effective August 1, 2013, applications will be processed in the following order:

applications from candidates submitted under the Programme de l’expérience québécoise (Québec experience program);
applications from candidates who submit a valid employment offer;
applications from candidates who obtain points under the factor Area of training;
any other application submitted by permanent workers.
And here is the link for AOT ,there is no such points even if you hold a doctorate in French still fall under normal processing time.But let's keep our spirits high until this waiting game continues...cheers friend..U will be alright...

I am reading your profile, when did you receive your CSQ? You indicated that you have done your medicals, but how about your CSQ?

I got my CSQ Nov. 12, 2012 right after our interview

Trust me we are tensed up, I have no patience and hate waiting, I want things and want them now and usually get them... but in this case I have to bloody wait!!!

We are one Frenchie and one Englandie but I have lived in France for 6 years so we got C1 and C2 in the language tests.

We are not too bothered about being called for the interview as we would probably get minimum 4 out of 6 points, more than likely the full 6 and would give me the opportunity to go to Disney Paris

you will be called withing 12 months for interview, you have to follow the processing time of quebec interviews

Belgium, England, France, Greece, Israel, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain

Don't worry your CSQ is also been activated by default, the interview is just a formality.

Read this from 2013 guide :

Un diplôme universitaire de cycle supérieur à celui indiqué à la Liste des domaines de formation est évalué de la même façon que s'il était de même niveau de cycle. Par exemple, un DESS en administration des affaires au Québec doit être évalué, en vertu de la liste, comme un baccalauréat en administration des affaires.

I think they do not take care of number of years needed to obtain the degree if the applicant hold master degree (2 years of study) and the AOT require more years (4 years)
