Hi...freinds..lost hope..my file has been returned to me..today i received it...and the letter attached says the same thing apply after 31st july..but i dont know what the hell they were thinking while taking a look on my application as it clearly says that i m applying for AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN(AVIONICS)..which is in priority...i think they got confused bcoz i have done a three year diploma regular studies in avionics stream and as well as BBA(distance education)..but that documents i submitted just to fill in the gap of my studies as i completed engg in 2009 and after that BBA...now what do i do..?? how to bring this thing in their CRAP mind...plz suggest something..is there any way out i can contact them.....

Dear All experts/Seniors,
Please I need your suggestion...I have applied for QSW PR and got file number ,my husband is the secondary applicant now he got a job offer in Alberta under Temporary foreign worker program...will that be a problem in the later stages for interview or other procedures....I enquired to my consultant they say it's ok but am afraid of taking the risk...cos PR is more important than TFW..so anybody u have a clear view abt this advise me what to do? Should we proceed with it and let my husband work until we get PR ready...pls pls suggest me ....desperately need ur help....

when i applied my wife's occupation was adminstrative assistante and since October 2011 she's an auditor and also she's certified internal Auditor (she got the CIA certificate from the IIA) and her current job title "internal Audit operations manager". shall i send this update to my file or not? it will help or not

Hey this is bad news......what did they say was the reason for refusal? Can we share your complete profile to explore the reasons for refusal? Did they suggest to u any way forward?

If your wife is a principal applicant then it is necessary to inform them within 90 days of any change otherwise no need to update them.

I'm QSW Applicant (BIQ HK). Last week I got email from Montreal saying that my Bank Draft already expired. my question is: can I cash the expired bank draft? if yes, how much is the penalty? I plan to use credit card instead of draft, thinking that it takes long time to receive my expired draft from montreal. thanks

Hi friends

I was going through the new guide on quebec immigration released in April 2013.

I was confused and not able to judge the points that I can get for my education. (I have done my B.com 12+3 from Mumbai University, full time). So now as per new amendment Can I get 10 pts for education.


"Diplôme d’études universitaires de 1er cycle sanctionnant 3 ans ou plus d’études à temps plein - 10"
