Hi I am qsw applicant . i have one doubt . AS per my process i have to land in montreal only but i would like to move alberta since my cousin is there.

Is there any problem if i moved or else i have to wait 5 years in montreal.

You might have s problem once you apply for citizenship..you were accepted by Canada because quebec selected you. You must stay in quebec for a while

On page 3 of this pdf, you can find your foreign degree worth of 9 points as per the new area of training list effective from August 2, 2018 onwards.

Computer science and Engineering is in Section A and should be worth of 12 points and not 9 points.
