Is this bachelor degree level? If so, 10 pts

2- AOT: Clinical Pharmacist in UAE
Pharmacy/pharmaceutical sciences is 0 on the AOT list

3- Age 31 years
4- Ielts 6.5 overall
5- Spouse graduate & House wife

Double check, but I don't think you reach minimum points. You need 50 before adding children points.

Hello guys I need an explanation, why some jobs has different points score in the Area of training sheet and what are categories A B C D and E for?

How to know if my diploma falls under this??? (Does this diploma fall under a Mutual Recognition Agreement (e.g., the France-Québec agreement)?

Hello,

1-I don't understand what is the (Contract respecting financial self-sufficiency form), do I only have to sign it? Or I should include bank statements and stuff?

2- Is it better to get higher points in the CSQ ? Or when you reach the minimum points (49 for a single person) it won't matter that you have higher or not?
Because I have 49 without language tests , and to take lang tests I need to wait untill June I think !!

Merci

The higher the points on the AOT list, the more in demand the occupations are.

At the moment, the France-Quebec agreement is the only one, so if you didn't get your qualification in France, you answer no.

Bank statements are not required. You just fill out & sign the contract

You can apply if you meet the minimum
Merci

Thank you so much for your reply , but I wonder why some alqualifications are repeated more than once in the AOT and each time under a different category with different points !!!

Which ones? Are you sure they aren't different qualifications?

Okay thank you for your reply,

I am here as an exchange student coming from france , styduing my last year of bachelor in Montreal Univeristy.

My Main university is Lyon 1 , in France and my bachelor will be issued from there.

Do I fall under a Mutual Recognition Agreement (e.g., the France-Québec agreement)?

And another question to ask if you allow me :) , the Online tool will start in january 15, they speficify a number of intake which is 2800 .. Does this mean they will take the first 2800 applications and study them ? or they will choose 2800 applications once the intake date ends?

Last question , in the CSQ document , they ask for (Give the title and code of your area of training, for which you received a diploma, as it appears in the List of areas of training: )

I am currently studying my bachelor of Computer Science, which means I haven't recevied yet the degree ! but I am about to ! And it says ( for which you received.. ) so ?

And this applies to the other questions tho when they ask about my last degree obtained , what should I choose? The one I am doing now?

Unless they change the rules "en cours de route" (always a possibility with Quebec), it's first come-first served for the # of applications...

http://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/en/dcs/documents-dcs-en-dyn.pdf Point 19. I.e. You can't count points until you have completed your studies.

For the agreement between France and Canada, I have read this topic and I still haven't understood.. I mean there are alot of words and I can't find what I really want to know, that I fall under this or not with my french degree.

And if I am currently doing my 3rd year , then can I count points for 2 years 1er cycle? Since I already finished my first 2 years of bachelor with good transcripts ? And of course I would include documents providing that I am here doing my last year and an exchange student from both my french and canadian university..like official documents showing I am a full time student here and transcripts and list of courses I am taking for the last year, sealed from UdeM .Would that help ?

if you're studying computer science, it's not relevant to you, and you don't need it ;) Looking at the lists for professions & metiers should tell you that.

You could try

Then in my case , when I am asked the question (9. Are you the holder of one or several of the following diplomas)

I think I have to check (Diploma or training recognized as equivalent by a Québec regulatory body (with the exception of a diploma in medicine)

Since my french diploma is recognized in Quebec,no?

And yeah I requested my university to provide me an official document sealed that I have completed 2 years of undergrad with transcripts, I think this is a proof that I did two years of undergrad + I will attach documents from Montreal University sealed too that I am attending my last and third year of bachelor here in Canada, and that I will receive my Diploma after succeeding my courses. But idk why I feel that I am complicating everything and I will get a refuse :D
