Finally I received my PR card Today.
Yours (inner) must be approved as well. I would say just wait for 2 days and your ECAS status would update.
All the best.

My final timeline is:

App received: Aug. 13
In process: Aug 19
Decision Made: Sept. 06
PR received : Sept 10

I just received my PR card.

My final timeline is
August 8 - card received at IRCC
August 14 - acknowledgement of receipt
August 14 - started processing
August 29 - approved and mailed out

September 4 - cards received in my mailbox

For those of you looking to travel, keep in mind that Canada Post makes evening deliveries too. On their website their delivery timings are Mon to Fri 9am to 8pm.

I checked the mailbox at 7.30pm today and there was nothing.

After seeing DR-DARKMAN post, I decided to check again at about 9pm and voila. There it was.

I'm so glad.
how long did it take to get to ircc?

Mine is going to be almost 3 weeks! 20 days since I applied.
Timeline:
received aug 29
AOR: sept 5
Processing started: sept 5

And no update since then. I have submitted everything that was asked to be submitted. Nothing extra. If they will make a quicker decision based on passport pages etc why do they not just make it a mandate?
