PR confirmation portal timelines

My VO is VLU / OSC - Ottawa. Just got my eCoPR today. Took 17 days to get my login credentials after first email, but only one day for eCoPR after uploading photos....clearly there is no consistency.

There wouldn't be a message. Click on 'view full application status', scroll all the way down to "Document Status" and you will see some info there, like document number, expiry date etc.

I have got My CoPR o July 23rd and still didnot receive PR Card yet. How do i track if PR cart is mailed/approved or not?

i have uploaded photo and address in PR portal , the Photo status still says In review.

First email for Portal: 17/11. Reply the same day
Portal Credential: 24/11.
Submit photo with warning pixel and address on 25/11
Ecopr: Still review with IRCC
PR Card: Still review with IRCC
