PR confirmation portal timelines

Hi guys, hope all are well. Looking for some advice.

My application is currently in process, medical approved & an additional document was submitted last week. My question is that when you get the portal credentials to enter if you are in Canada, is there an expiry until when you can enter it and reply back? What if you are outside the country at the time you get this e-mail, what should you do?

The reason I ask is I'm planning to travel back home to Pakistan for 1 month from 10th Dec - 10th Jan. I'm worried that my application will enter these last phases while I'm there. I don't want to cause any problems to my application by being there. Can you guys please advise?

My timeline is as follows,
AOR - Oct 1st, 2021
Medical Passed - Nov 16th, 2021
Request Letter - Nov 25th, 2021

When you get the portal request email there are instructions on letting them know if you are outside canada.

Portal Credenials Email October 18, 2021. Responded October 19, 2021. Portal Credentials Received October 20, 2021. ECOPR October 22, 2021. Waiting for PR Card. Etobicoke

Finally the day came i was waiting for
21 Aug - AOR
21 Sep - Biometric & UCI updated
14 Oct - Medical passed
15 Oct - its changed to 'we don't need medical will let u know if anything changes '
Again Nov 4 - I got update "you passed the medical exam" and its still showing same.
NOV 10th - GU 1
NOV 15th - GU2
Background check still same form first day
NOV 18th- Got Portal Email replied on same day
NOV 24th- Got Credentials (login details)
NOV 25th - Update the Address and Photo
NOV 26th - E-COPR
Address and photo are still in review
PR Card Waiting.........

My VO is VLU / OSC - Ottawa. Just got my eCoPR today. Took 17 days to get my login credentials after first email, but only one day for eCoPR after uploading photos....clearly there is no consistency.

I was told there was a production error last week with my cards that they had fixed and re-sent to production. Just logged into GCKey and status changed to Approved with a message inside "We mailed your PR Card to you".

I must have refreshed the GcKey page about 5000 times in the last month and a half, possibly more, only to see the dreaded "Submitted" status every time.

PR Portal still shows Photo as "In review with IRCC"

Portal Email received: October 11, 2021
Address and Photo submitted: October 11, 2021
eCOPR received from OSC-Operations Support Centre: October 12, 2021
Address accepted in Portal: October 21, 2021
Email rcv'd informing about Production error & cards re-sent to production November 23, 2021
PR Card (Approved & Mailed in GCKey): November 29, 2021
PR Card received: Waiting....
