main reasons of submitting webform when your beyond your processing times already.
they dont care even if you send within timelines they not reply not unless you have something wrong in you records.

No they dont.
even if you receive PR card eligibililty will still be not started.
but your status : CLOSED

hi! I got P1 on Sept 4 from VO Montreal and still haven’t received P2. It’s been 4 weeks already, should I wait more or somehow contact them? As I see that normally everyone getting P2 faster

im not sure but mine never change. its been 2months since i got my PR.

So what is processing time for biometric

processing time for NON-EE and EE usually around 8months total from application
AOR comes around 3-4months
then biometrics and medical if needed request
then security check
around 6-8months youll receive your p1 , p2 , card.

I tried sending webform, called them, sent emails but no response yet. P2 was Aug 28, waiting from 1 month for copr. Really stressed and frustrated
