I stay in Cornwall. Ottawa to Cornwall is just 1 hour

I have received p1 mails twice first mail on aug 29 and the second mail oct 1. I dont know whats going on but can someone help me, if anybody has gone through the same situation?

How long did it take you to see it in your mail after it was mailed out to you?

I was not able to link my application so idk
