it would take at 2 - 4 months from aor to have some updates.

I have received p1 mails twice first mail on aug 29 and the second mail oct 1. I dont know whats going on but can someone help me, if anybody has gone through the same situation?

I have seem many people getting P1, P2 and again P1.. sometimes back to back P1.

main reasons of submitting webform when your beyond your processing times already.
they dont care even if you send within timelines they not reply not unless you have something wrong in you records.

Yes yesterday i did send them a webform after waiting for 15 days and received p2 today

good for you. i did wait for almost 30 days before receiving P2.

No they dont.
even if you receive PR card eligibililty will still be not started.
but your status : CLOSED

ohh ok..in the tracker for few ppl it shows the eligibility as completed .not in the GC key

hi! I got P1 on Sept 4 from VO Montreal and still haven’t received P2. It’s been 4 weeks already, should I wait more or somehow contact them? As I see that normally everyone getting P2 faster
