PR confirmation portal timelines

Hello everyone, I resived PR portal information,the first email form irrcc on 9th April 2024 and still dose not get the second email. Dose any one have idea what's the time line for it.i called so many time ircc but thay always have same answer me for waiting next email. Actually I already made PR portal before I got the first email about portal information. Dose anyone have same issues like me.

Does after portal 1 they asked any documents?

No, they only need the information requested in the letter and need to paste it and answer.

As far as I know mostly Etobioke are faster for portal 2 and longer in ECOPR montreal takes 15-30days for portal 2 but faster in ECOPR

As far as I know VO Montreal takes 15-30days for portal 2 but faster for ECOPR. Lots of patience

yes, my friend get in 3 days 2nd email and next day copr. I called IRCC London thay told me thay work on my application and created on 12th of April but still I don't get the 2nd email.

double check your spam or your given email address and do webform. Or response to the same email address where the portal 1 sent.

I try so many time to send emails thay never replay. On call thay always said to wait next email.

Does after portal 1 they asked any documents?

Are you asking if they send ADRs after P1? I have never heard of an instance when they did but that's just me. P1 signals that your application has been approved pending confirmation.

yes I got COPR on 15th may 2024. now waiting for pr card.

Portal 1: 17 May 2024 (more than 4 month after final decision and after everything was completed!!!)
Portal 2: 21 May 2024
eCOPR: 22 May 2024

Also, what does it mean by "decision made" - are you referring to "final decision in progress" in GC key and copr in tracker? Can you explain this bit? Thank you!
