Did anyone who recently got their e-CoPR receive that second e-mail yet? I'm just wondering how long it takes for a case worker to send it.

I got it like 20 mins after receiving the first email.

You don’t need to wait the second mail, because it’s just about some information. You can log in to your portal and download the eCoPR. Congratulations!

Finally got it today, I emailed them yesterday night telling them I was waiting for very long 96 days.
I am sure my travel delay it. But finally done.
