I believe you have to log in to GCKey, then select "link application" or something like that. Then select PR Card for the application type and enter the requested info exactly as it's on your eCOPR.

The "Updated Date" in my tracker updated to today's date but I can't see anything that changed in the history. Should I take it as a good sign that I'll be receiving my eCOPR soon? Been waiting since September 8.
