Does anyone know if the 34 days that IRCC claims for PR card is accurate? I need to travel out of Canada for a family situation next week and I'm getting nervous that I won't get the PR Card in time.

Portal 1 email received on the afternoon of August 16, 2023, replied with info 30 mins after

IRCC tracker updated to everything completed (biometrics, medical, eligibility and bg check) on August 17, 2023, CoPR showed alphanumeric document number (beginning with T) with expiry date one day before medical exam expires

Still waiting on Portal 2 email

Does getting the portal 1 email mean application for PR is approved? Or is there a chance it gets reverted?

update: i just got portal 2 email today, august 18 and submitted all info - I got an autoreply confirming that I successfully submittedthe required info to confirm status as PR in Canada

I think those who got it after 31st July are not getting automated email. I never go it as well.
