It is just irresponsible what is going on @ Montreal VO
such a selfish attitude they could address the application to another officer or another VO but they wouldn't careless
 
Hi everyone just got my portal 2 today 7:20Am PST. One thing is for sure if you already have a PR portal account or you create one of your own it would definitely create delays.

ECOPR waiting

I would pray for you all and hope everyone who has been waiting for their PR gets there soon. Thank you everyone, to keep me posted hopefully I too get my ECOPR soon and get done with this process. Thank you
