PR confirmation portal timelines

1. Received email asking for information, replied on the same day at the night - July 5
2. I had login in the portal already(Provincial Nominee Program), but they added me to the PR confirmation process - July 6
3. Declared my presence in Canada, updated the address, and uploaded a picture on the portal - July 6
4. ECOPR - Waiting(my consultant mentioned maximum 10 days for them to reply with the confirmation and 30 days maximum for PR card to be delivered after that)
5. VO - Etobicoke

Just wondering without photo acceptance and address approval how did system allows you to download eCOPR?
Just logged into my GCKey, Status: Approved!!!
I can now see the COPR number under document status, though I haven't gotten any kind of official email from IRCC yet, and there doesn't seem to be anything to download.
Looks like current processing time for PR cards is 28 days, so hoping to have it within a few weeks.
Will update when I have more news.

Hi, So you got the details of COPR in IRCC portal and not PR portal? this sounds confusing.
Yeah, I thought it was a bit odd too, but I'm in Quebec, and the immigration process is a bit different here. I'm not able to use any of the other trackers that other provinces or outland applicants use, my status is updated through the GCKey.
(I know this is the CEC forum, but I've seen other QC people post here, and I would have thought that by the time one gets to the portal email steps, the processes are similar-- but maybe not?)
I too in Quebec and applied via CSQ same like you. I have sign in partner way to login IRCC but that should not matter. I think process is similar from first email till you the PR card. (I think) anyway this seems odd. so you see only ECOPR number and no document?
I already linked in GCKey account and my application for PR. Did you do the same?
I have linked my PR application via sign in partner and not GCKey. but this should not differ the process as these are just two different ways to link your PR application to IRCC portal.

The status will remain as In review with IRCC till the time they dispatch your PR card via mail.
Update: I received the "New case has been added to your PR Portal" email (today, July 11). I just declared my presence in Canada + uploaded a photo from the PR Portal & submitted my address. Now we wait for eCOPR!

My VO is Montreal & my 1st PR Portal email was received on June 30 too. I received the Credentials/Case added email today, and submitted my photo + address - I'm pretty sure you'll receive yours very soon!
Seems like sending a reminder isn't necessarily useful, I didn't send one
