(I know this is the CEC forum, but I've seen other QC people post here, and I would have thought that by the time one gets to the portal email steps, the processes are similar-- but maybe not?)

I too in Quebec and applied via CSQ same like you. I have sign in partner way to login IRCC but that should not matter. I think process is similar from first email till you the PR card. (I think) anyway this seems odd. so you see only ECOPR number and no document?

I already linked in GCKey account and my application for PR. Did you do the same?

The status will remain as In review with IRCC till the time they dispatch your PR card via mail.

I received first email for pr portal on 30th June,replied on the same day but still waiting for login credentials (11th July),VO Montreal.Already sent reminder to them.how many more days they will take?(TR to PR IG)

  • June 30 - Replied to the email
I already have PR Portal account too. I submitted my application through it (sponsorship).

Currently waiting for the credentials / "new case has been added to your PR Portal" email. Hopefully, we'll get it next week. Fingers crossed!

Update: I received the "New case has been added to your PR Portal" email (today, July 11). I just declared my presence in Canada + uploaded a photo from the PR Portal & submitted my address. Now we wait for eCOPR!

My VO is Montreal & my 1st PR Portal email was received on June 30 too. I received the Credentials/Case added email today, and submitted my photo + address - I'm pretty sure you'll receive yours very soon!

Seems like sending a reminder isn't necessarily useful, I didn't send one

Hello i got my pr portal 1st email on july 3rd replied same day and now today i got 3rd notice Permanent residence portal again today, replied back again. Montreal Office. Is anyone in the same boat??

I received an email asking for information on July 4th and replied to it on the same day. VO is Montreal. Haven’t heard anything yet. Anybody on the same page ?
