Just wondering if it's normal that there is no update on the express entry profile (still saying reviewing eligibility, etc) after receiving the email from IRCC to send the information step (so that they will create portal credentials after)?

I uploaded the address and photo on October 5th 2022, VO: Montreal. Since then, haven't heard anything back. Anyone on the same boat like me ?
