Does anyone know if I can travel outside Canada and use work permit to come back before I receive ecopr?
Without a PR card, you need the travel visa in addition to your work permit, depending on your home country. Some countries do not need a visa to travel to Canada or may need just a e-travel authorization.PR Confirmation e-mail - Dec, 20th 2022 (Replied the same day)

Even if PR is approved (only receive email portal, not e-COPR yet), he/she can travel with WP+ visa (if needed) ?Without a PR card, you need the travel visa in addition to your work permit, depending on your home country. Its better to keep such travels as short as possible at least till you get the PR card in your hand. If you are going for a week or two then i guess it would be fine but try to avoid any travel till you get your PR card for the sake of simplicity.Even if PR is approved (only receive email portal, not e-COPR yet), he/she can travel with WP+ visa (if needed) ?
