PR Confirmation Portal Not Working

Got an email a week ago, replayed with my info.
2 days ago got an email with Client Portal. Created my password, logged in without any problem.
Added address and loaded a photo. Waiting now.
On the phone I was told that my VO is in Ottawa but in the email's signature it's Etobicoke.

did u reply them in any specific format..?

when did u get your first email i mean on which date..?

First email came on Dec 24.

Replied in format they requested: "Please use this format, one client per line: Names, UCI, email, date of last time entered in Canada and the location(Port of Entry) - verify your passport for the date and location."

not yet i have been waiting and i guess this week we should get it as they will be back from holidays.
we did our part hopefully they will get back to us soon.

one of my friend got it today and he got an email on december 23rd.
i think they have started sending an email now
hopefully soon we will get it

Yesterday I got another email, identical to the first one I received on December 16th.

I replied with the same information and haven't received a reply yet.
