I tried linking my PR card application in CIC but no luck, is there any specific step need to follow, any help pls?

yep, I got it from IRCC agent post eCoPR receipt...for example mine starts with R30*

Sorry, I don't know exactly what VO, I never called IRCC or ordered GCMS notes, I got portal email from VLU, Ottawa.

GU means ghost update. It's when you visit cic.gc.ca and login to check your application, then you see status as "Application updated" and nothing has changed. Sometimes only little details change like status type. Mine is currently submitted and eligibility is in progres.

Ok .. my CIC account changed to approved when I received my eCOPRs. It is the situation for you ? You got GUs after it is fully approved?
