PR Card Renewal June 2026

Hi everyone,

I submitted my PR Card renewal application on June 15, 2026.

Current processing time: 31 days.

Please share your submission dates as well so we can track our timelines together in this thread.

I got my new PR card in March, 2026, but I had returned to my home country. The PR card needs to be picked up in person. I applied for a PRTD on April 24, 2026, but I haven't heard anything yet. Thank you for your kind words.

@zestylaw As of today, I am able to link my application using GCkey. I got application number today when I tried to link application in the portal https://onlineservices-servicesenligne.cic.gc.ca . I was not able to link the application before June 28th. The status in portal mentioned above , now shows "We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.". So it seems like they are starting the process on our application approximately 30 days from application submission date. But once they start the process, they might give decision in less than a week or so. I am really I get decision made as approved in less than week and get my PR card in next 10 days maximum. Let's hope for the best !

That’s great news! I wish you get your card in a week or so. If that’s the case in processing timeline, I hopefully get some update by July 15 then as I submitted my application on June 15.
