PR card not recieved.How to contact from us

My wife and I received our PR card but for my daughter's pr card not yet arrived. We all arrived together on nov 2010.Now we are in us.i have this number 1888 242 2100.This works only from canada.Please help me with a reply.

Is it possible for the card to come at a later time?
