I had a question for you. I have a client that has a complicated case. He has no ID. He applied for PR but it failed and the government has requested that he provide a statutory declaration from himself or a family member that knew him prior to arriving in Canada or an organization representing people from Sudan. He does not have any family members.
There is no Sudan embassy in Vancouver. How can my client get this type of statutory declaration. Can you recommend an organization he should contact?
