Hi can u tell what you have done I’m in same situation?Applied for divorce in Ontario court.
Received ADR/letter saying that you're still considered married.
Provided 3 options
1. Provide them divorce certificate in 90 days
2. Continue as married and non accompanying spouse
3. Withdraw and apply in future
I have to reply them back before end of this month so that's why doing some research
I got PFL to submit divorce. I got married outside canada just after receiving Final decision and before receiving ecopr. Spouse denied Medicals and PCC. I can't submit divorce in my country until July 2026.

Got married after responding to Portal 1 mail. Informed IRCC and IRCC added spouse to application ...ircc asked wife pcc, medicals. Wife denied pcc , Medicals. Received PFLi am confused.
